Background

Elena joins Bank of Montana with a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Montana State University, where she developed strong communication and interpersonal skills that complement her customer-focused role at the Bank.

As part of Bank of Montana’s operations team, Elena supports customers while gaining experience across a wide range of banking functions. Her role includes deposits and teller transactions, accounting, lending support, and other operational areas, giving her the opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of the Bank and its customers.

Elena loves spending time outdoors and exploring new adventures with her family. She enjoys hiking, skiing, swimming, horseback riding, and mountain biking. When she’s not outside, Elena appreciates a cozy day at home cooking, baking, and spending quality time with the people she loves.
